Bob was our Toastmaster for a fun-filled meeting. 16 members and 3 guests, including Yue's dad and Neal's son Nick, attended.
Speeches
Rachel gave a speech called "Critters." This competed the Speaking After Dinner project in the Entertaining Speaker manual. With this speech, Rachel has competed the work needed to earn an Advanced Communicator-Bronze award. Congratulations, Rachel!
Bianca completed the final speech in the CC manual, Inspire Your Audience. Bianca's speech was called "The Importance of Learning Names." Bianca has now earned the title of Competent Communicator. Congratulations, Bianca!
Austin led Table Topics in which participants described scenes in history they would want to witness as a "fly on the wall."
