Bob was our Toastmaster. The meeting was attended by 15 members and two guests.
Announcement
We will have an Open House on April 23. Aloke passed out fliers to post. He also encouraged us to tell our own Toastmasters story when handing them out.
Speeches
Aloke did the "Successful Negotiator" project from the Interpersonal Communications manual. As part of the project, he did a role plat with Laurie.
Joe gave a speech called "Lies and Excuses." He was working on the second project in the Entertaining Speaker manual, "Resources for Entertaining".
Jim's Table Topics asked participants to tell a story using five random words for a Pictionary card.
