April 2, 2010 Business Minutes

I. Call to order
President Dave Taylor called to order the regular meeting of the Oregon State Toastmasters at 12:00 on April 2, 2010, in Room 119 of the Crop Science Building.

II. Attendance
Secretary Kris Hauser took attendance. 14 members out of 23 active members were present, making a quorum.

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Secretary Kris Hauser distributed the minutes from the last meeting via e-mail prior to the meeting. They were approved by unanimous consent.

IV. Committee reports
There were no reports.

V. Old business
There was no old business.

VI. New business
Kris Hauser moved that the club accept Karen Stephenson as a reinstated member. Jim Barbour seconded. The motion passed.

VII. Adjournment
President Dave Taylor adjourned the business meeting.
