April 16, 2010 Business Meeting Minutes

I. Call to order
VP-Education Rita Sawyer started the regular meeting of the Oregon State Toastmasters at 12:59 on April 16, 2010, in Room 119 of the Crop Science Building.

II. Attendance
Secretary Kris Hauser took attendance. 15 members out of 24 active members were present, making a quorum.

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Secretary Kris Hauser distributed the minutes from the last meeting via e-mail prior to the meeting.

IV. Committee reports
There were no reports.

V. Old business
There was no old business.

VI. New business
Kris Hauser moved that the club accept Stanley Lo as a new member. Ted Zuschlag seconded. The motion passed.

VII. Adjournment
VP-Education Rita Sawyer adjourned the business meeting.
