Business Meeting Minutes
March 19, 2010

I. Call to order
President Dave Taylor called to order the regular meeting of the Oregon State Toastmasters at 12:00 on March 19, 2010, in Room 119 of the Crop Science Building.

II. Attendance
Secretary Kris Hauser took attendance. 13 members out of 25 active members were present, making a quorum.

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Secretary Kris Hauser distributed the minutes from the last meeting via e-mail prior to the meeting. They were approved by unanimous consent.

IV. Committee reports
There were no reports.

V. Old business
There was no old business.

VI. New business
A. Kris Hauser moved that the club accept Neal Kuechler and Shaheen Ghiassy as new members. Ted Zuschlag seconded. The motion passed.

VII. Adjournment
President Dave Taylor adjourned the business meeting at 1:06.
